Cancellation Policy

All fees include the State Notary Fee of $10. See fees for mobile notary service for notary type. Contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointment. There are no refunds if cancelled less than 4 hours from the scheduled appointment time. There are no refunds if the customer is not at the stated location at the agreed upon time and place. If the customer's signature is unable to be notarized due to lack of valid ID, inability to communicate (speak English, incapacitation), there are no refunds. There are no refunds due to incomplete documentation or lack of witnesses. Ensure all elements are available and verifiable prior to notarization.
